I have been going to Cure since they opened .Caroline Mark Stevie and Caitlin are all very professional and focussed on making sure all their clients are completely happy and treated extremely well . I could not be happier with my colours and cuts. I recommend them to anyone wanting a fabulous salon .
From the first time I went to Cure hairdressing the staff have been absolutely wonderful. They are all so welcoming and professional. Caroline has always gone out of her way to find out exactly what I would like for my colour and is so happy to spend time with me discussing this. I have never experienced such dedication and knowledge in hairdressing. She is so professional and I can't speak highly enough of Caroline and her staff.
Until finding Cure, I paid a fortune to have my hair done in Mosman. Not any more. Fantastic service, professional and happy staff who always go out of their way to accommodate your wishes and a relaxing yet stylish atmosphere. I could not recommend Cure Hairdressing highly enough!
Absolutely disgusted with the way i was treated at this salon, poor service, lack of staff- overbooked leaving me to be told to dry my hair myself.
It was with much sadness that I and my team read this review as customer service is something we pride ourselves on. My name is Caroline, head colour technician and owner of Cure hairdressing. I clearly recall booking this appointment and at the time the client choose only to book in for a colour and appeared to accept that she had not booked in for a blow dry . The policy at Cure is a client may choose to not have a blow dry after colour hence either reducing the time spent in the salon or the extra cost this would incur. It became clear on the day of the appointment that there was a change of mind but due to the salon being fully booked we were unable to fit her in for a blow dry at such late notice. This would in fact have caused us to be overbooked. We apologise for any distress caused by not being able to accommodate her requests. I've been a loyal client of Cure Hairdressing since the salon was opened and I have nothing but respect and praise for Caroline, Marc, Stevie and Caitlyn.
The salon itself is modern, stocked with the latest products and always immaculate. Caroline is a perfectionist regarding colour, trends, products and after-care treatments. Marc is an expert stylist, with an 'eye' for the latest cuts. Stevie and Caitlyn are both professional hairdressers who have been trained under the expertise of both Caroline and Marc. I have no hesitation in recommending 'Cure Hairdressing' as a first class salon. Personally my hair has never felt or looked healthier and I credit that to the professional team at 'Cure'.
