I could not recommend this company. For the amount of money paid (almost $3,000), I would expect a much better level of service. I had to chase staff on every single part of the process and staff in the Mossman office promise to call back and never do.

The delivery process was my favourite part. They obviously do not communicate to the head office. I spoke with a person in Fulfilment over a 4 day period to arrange delivery. I love everything about this business, it can't be called just a shop, as it is so much more than that. It's situated in a part of Mosman that makes you feel like you're on holidays, down near Chowder Bay. The collection of furniture and homewares is elegantly laid out in a vast space ( with water views, so pretty). Very funky and functional products. I bought an outdoor rug ( but I'm using it inside my house, it just looks good in either place) and also some adorable fairy lights that give off enough light to read a book with. Beaut linens and furniture and a good website, there's so much to see. Good customer service and I just can't gush enough about the beautiful pieces they sell, looking forward to adding to my collection.
