I wish I had read all the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Their products are nice, but the problems I had with the service from start to finish was just not worth the hassle...especially when you can find other companies that sell the same product. I had received 2 quotes for some outdoor dining chairs from 2 different companies. I accidently purchased through Curious Grace who were more expensive. Realising my mistake within literally 3 mins of EFT'ing I contacted the company to ask for my money back. They refused. The girl I spoke with said they could possibly price match which I was happy to do. She then called back and said that accounts said that they would not do this either. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

We purchased 2x hanging chairs online for an office fit-out project we are working on. We selected these chairs and proposed them to the client as they were in stock and could be dispatched right away. The website stated they were in stock at the time of purchase, which was on the 4th of March.

Dear Phil, You were advised the items were not in stock the very next day after purchasing. You were also advised delivery would be 3-5 weeks. You were communicated to regularly about the progress of your order. And we delivered your order in 6 weeks.

Thankyou for responding MarketingCG. I would highly recommend rereading the comment I left, as I think you have failed to see the point of my complaint. There was communicaton, but my issue was with the information that was conveyed. Your website was incorrect, your customer support staff were incorrect and your manager was incorrect. Your manager said I would have the items by a particular date, and on that date I finally recieved the tracking details only to find that the items had not even been picked up by the courier yet. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!

Do yourself a favour a shop elsewhere. I was a repeat customer of Cutious Grace until a recent experience. Ordered furniture in late December. Was advised that it would take three months. That was ok but three months cane no furniture and no update. Contacted store and advised another month. Month went by no furniture no update. Contacted again and advised another month. So in total five months to receive that required repairs. Extensions of table required repairs. Bar stool received with timber seat split. Dining chairs received that are woobly. A comment by owner ‘what do you expect for $190.00 chairs. After weeks of waiting for repairs, I am still waiting. Most dissatisfied with unprofessional service and quality that you can find better at stores that deal in seconds. Most def won’t be back

Dear Mr Stephen A. 'KAZoo'. You were never a repeat customer. You only purchased one time only. You were offered a refund multiple times and refused. You insisted there was a fault with items that even after we sent a repair man out who qualified our comment the chairs were not faulty. There was never pleasing you. And I guess from your comment above you must get some joy out of making other people feel terrible.

We ordered a couch and only after purchasing the couch were we told that it could actually take 16-20 weeks to make but not to stress as this is a worst case scenario and in reality it should take a lot less. We were then told by another person it should take less than 10 weeks to build.
7 weeks later! we were told it should be ready in 2-4 weeks.....then 10 minutes later we get an email from another person saying its actually another 9-10 weeks away! I'm sad to say we will not be purchasing anymore furniture from this company again.
Disappointing and frustrating to say the least!
