My partner and I married on the 16th Feb, 2008 and we finished our special day at "Over The Back Lakeside Spa Cottage" for 2 nights. This is a magical and secluded location to spend a few days with the one special person in your life. There was no interference from mobile phones, no traffic or contact from other people, just the birds, possums and one another for company. Jane and Tim Parsons supplied us a special breakfast of bacon n eggs with a loaf of homemade wholemeal bread, plus juice, coffee and tea facilities. We dabbled in a bit of skinny dipping on the lake and also did a spot of trout fishing without any eyes on us except for the wildlife! We ended our evenings with a long and relaxing spa with champagne and chocolate also provided by Tim and Jane. Words cannot explain this experience and the only way to truly capture this little piece of paradise is to go stay a night or two, trust us you will not be disappointed.
