Recently used Curtains Direct & Blinds for double roller blinds. The staff were very helpful explaining the pro's and con's and limitations of various combinations, the knowledge and attention to details which they brought to the job was amazing and the finished product was fantastic - even better that we could have imagined! Highly recommend for anyone looking to install blinds. Big tick for price, quality of blinds and finish, customer service and time frame.
After having two competitors advise me that I wouldn't be able to have the curtains the way I wanted, I decided to get in contact with Curtains Direct & Blinds. When they came out they reassured me that there would be no problem in getting it done. In fact, they even gave me a better solution! All my questions and uncertainties about the job were answered. They delivered as promised and the installation was PERFECT!! The finished product looked even better than I could have hoped for. I have dealt with Curtains Direct & Blinds on several occaisions over the past few years and found them to be a great company to deal with. Their staff are very friendly and proffessional with great product knowledge.

Over the past 7 years we have had our house progressively updated with window coverings from Curtains Direct. We have had various products installed, including roller blinds, curtains, roman blinds, timber venetians and plantation shutters. I think the request to make a custom made pelmet could not go any closer to the term "custom made". There are not very many padded pelmets made to near 7 metres and built in your very own home .. so to speak.
It still looks as good as when we first installed it.

I purchased blinds with this company however when I had a problem following installation there was no friendly service. I have had to resort to phoning them daily them to fix the problem and am off to consumer affairs. I would not recommend this company.
