I cannot commend the staff at Cusacks highly enough! They have gone all out to assist me with a problem with a manufacturer even though they were not oblidged to do so. They followed up diligently and kept me in the loop. It is very difficult to find such levels of service these days - congratulations, Cusacks! Keep up the excellent work. I will definitely be returning to your store.
My mate's experience with Cusacks Canberra. Paid in full for Furniture and was told delivery was within 2 weeks. At a week post payment, my mate was then told it will now be 4 weeks for delivery. At the 4 week mark from purchase my mate called the store for an update and was told that ETA will now be an additional 6 weeks or the store is happy to give the display set delivered within a week with no discounts. Strongly recommend to avoid purchasing from Cusacks Canberra as their Integrity is strongly in doubt.
Ordered a chest of drawers that we needed quickly and was told it should be delivered in a week but to allow 2 weeks. Three weeks later we were told when we rang it was being shipped from Melbourne that week and would be delivered on the Friday or Monday. On the Friday I rang and was told the supplier didn't have any in stock and they couldn't advise a delivery date. I cancelled the order. I emailed Cusacks regarding my disappointment that it appeared we were told of an earlier delivery date just to get the sale. No reply or no apologies from Cusacks. We went to Forty Winks that afternoon and found a better item, lower price, fantastic service, and took it home that afternoon. I will never shop at Cusacks again.
Was told the lounge suite we had ordered would take 6 weeks ... Took longer with no explanation or apologies.
When the frame started breaking they tried to dodge helping us by claiming we hadn't bought it from them. When we proved it with the receipt a staff came out ( thinkin was a management) and accused us of sitting on the back of the lounge (how?) then took the backs away with no word on when they would give us a call back.
Poor service and average products.
