Custom Air Conditioning

I’ve never experienced such arrogance from a person that’s claiming to be in business for such a long period of time. If you complain about their workmanship watch out! When I met Steve the owner he was very well spoken and professional, compared to the other companies I asked to quote on a new ducted system. I decided to go with Custom, they definitely weren’t the cheapest but I wasn’t looking for the cheapest quote, I wanted the job done properly and I felt at the time that Steve would deliver this. It took his workers all day to do the installation, I felt that they were not very careful, my house is an older home they banged so hard on the ceiling to work out where to place the vents, I now have exposed nails around the vents. At the time they said it’s an old ceiling so this is why it happened and I accepted it. Had Air Con installed by these guys in Feb 2009. Extremely helpful, great advice, price was OK and a very efficient installation. Would gladly recommend them.

The guys at Custom Air Conditioning have always been very punctual and accomodating with their time. Everyone who we have had contact with from the office staff to the guys that are doing the installation have been fantastic!
