Custom Designs Moore Park

Custom Designs was recommended to me.
After spending time with Anthony and discussing changes in arm width, seat height, seating foam and fabric selection I received my sofas within the time frame and they are just perfect. I couldn't be happier.
Nothing was too much trouble for Anthony and all the staff. It was such a positive experience I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Custom Designs Moore Park. I cannot fault one thing,
How could you possibly go wrong when you receive sofas custom built to your personal requirements. I was never offered that option from the three other retailers I had been to.

Jayne at Moore Park works hard to get the sale and once done she doesn't want to know about you especially if something gets wrong with the furniture. Be careful when customising the furniture you see in store. While sales people would be happy to sell additional features, they'll do nothing to rectify issues if such features significantly affect comfort (even though sales may have deceptively withheld that information from you).

In our case the sofa bed we received was higher and shallower in depth compared to the sofa displayed in the store, back cushions were also shorter. We were recently looking for a new dining room suite. Custom Designs was the only furniture store at Moore Park Supacentre that could make whatever size table we wanted and match the colour of the wood to our existing furniture.
When the furniture was delivered to our apartment complex we looked on in shock horror as the delivery men tried to fit the table, trying all angles into our lift. Much to our dismay, the table was subsequently returned to the warehouse, leaving us with 8 chairs and no table.
We had nothing to worry about. The table was returned to us the very next day, in several pieces and reassembled in our apartment at no extra charge.
We were very grateful for the exceptional level of service by all parties involved. A special thankyou to Jane from Custom Designs who kept in touch with us and co-ordinated the whole process.
We are also very happy with our beautiful new dining room suite.
