Very disappointed in every possible way... from customer service to atmosphere to actually service and everything else. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My daughter had her hair cut today, I was in coles shopping while she was getting her hair cut. I wish I had have been there as the hairdresser embarrassed her in front of all the customers by telling her that her hair was discussing & she needed to start using a treatment! Staff also did not listen to my daughters instructions on how she wanted it cut! My daughter just wanted a trim but she cut way too much off it!! My daughters 18th birthday is next Saturday so now I have to spend time & money finding a decent hairdresser to fix her hair!! We will not be coming back to get the DISGUSTING service that she received!!

BUYER BEWARE Down from Sydney ..needed a colour , foils and style . Total disaster. Foils in large clumps and yellow . Cut was uneven and very amateur. Staff unfriendly ..busy talking among themselves. Treated like I was invisible. Once finished said I was very unhappy with foils and cut. Very resistive to assist. Two hairdressers saying 'it will settle'. Continued to say 'not happy' and they eventually relinquished. Colour fixed but I said leave cut . Wasn't game to risk it. Very expensive for little local place ..... $170.00. Will need to find another hairdresser to repair the cut. THEY ONLY LOOK AFTER THEIR REGULARS ...

just moved in Berwick area, found this hair dresser. The experience was very unpleasant, not only $36 for only hair trim which took only 5 to 7 mins, also the staff was unfriendly and cold, no greeeting , no smile, no little chat as other hair dresser does, I would spend more money to get warm welcome and nice hair cut or trim in somewhere else but for sure not this one...
