Very bad service, the hairdresser was very rude, she left me and my friend waiting outside and after waiting for hours when she opened the door she said she couldn't help us. I do not recommend and do not intend to return.
Hi, shop owner here! I do not appreciate the review you and your friends have given me as our encounter was much different to described. As you were standing outside with your friend, I had no idea you were after a service as customers generally come inside. Once I came outside and asked if you needed help, you had asked for a haircut, to which I explained I was fully booked until the end of the day. However, I handed you my business card and explained that you were more than welcome to come back when I was working next. Do NOT recommend this salon. Bad service. Bad hair dying. Did not get what I asked for. Would rather speed $800 then get my hair done and Cuts and Blowaves. You can packet dye your hair better yourself. Not only did Sava ruin my hair but she has ruined a couple of my friends.
