Cuts And Color

Very poor customer service and very rude staff. Dont be in otherwise you have to wait for whole day. They only prefer customers with their own choice.

I had the worst experience there. The hairdresser who did the haircut did the wrong haircut. I asked her to adjust it for me which she was happy to do. The manager, Rita

Steer clear. Talked me out of what I requested and gave me a trim. Cut off all my layers and didn't soften the ends so it looks very blunt. Never asked if it was ok or gave me a mirror to see it at the end. You get what you pay for. Go pay more at a proper salon.

Poor customer service.
Hairdresser was done with my hair and started walking to the counter to receive payment. I said "I would like to see the back of my head". I thought this would be a normal request.

Cut and Color, a fairly busy hair dresser within Brimbank Shopping Center. Given their massive poster advertisement that lead me to walk in, I was waiting a fair bit just to have a question answered. It was a Saturday early afternoon and I wanted to know how much it would cost if I was to wash and cut my hair. There were 2 people already waiting and about 4 people in the chairs having a haircut or hair styled. An attractive sales board with attractive prices, I can see why they are busy. The hair dresser only gave me a price of $22.00 without looking at my hair as she was so busy. No offense taken but she just didnt have time to look up. So I thought to come back another time. Since I do my shopping at Brimbank Shopping Center I walk pass Cut and Color all the time and I must say I may never have the opportunity to even try their service because they are extremely busy.
