Cutting Quarters

I turn up to Cutting Quarters to have a trim. My hair reached my bum. I said I know I need about 5-6 inches cut off. She cut about a foot and a half off. When I got home my brother actually measured it. He was so surprised I had "cut my hair short as I ALWAYS wear it long" This is a great place to go if you DON'T want long hair. I turned up and she kinda pointed to a round the corner and said Ohh just go sit over there. I explained I needed help, but I didn't once say I wanted short hair. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as possible. My hair now barely reachs my bra strap, she even made a point to tell me that. I will NEVER be going back. It will take me years and years to grow back what she decided to lop off. Not happy Jan. But what can I do.. It's not like they can glue it back on beacuse frankly I don't want fake hair! I recently got my hair coloured at this salon and was extremely unhappy. My hair was bleached and died. My long hair has now had to be cut jato a bob. After this had happened the hairdressers admitted to not knowing what she was doing. Very unhappy and I do not want anyone else to have this experience.
