The experience my boyfriend and I had at Cuttlefish was terrible. Upon arrival staff looked at us as we waited to be greeted or seated, neither happened until we waved someone down. The menus came 10 minutes later, we ordered our meals and 35 minutes later we were still waiting... When the meals finally came out, they only served one - then we enquired as to how long the second meal would be and they said "not long" 10 minutes later we both had our meals which were fish and both cooked different to what was ordered.
The staff were terrible and walked around aimlessly. The food was average for it's pricing.
I would not recommend in any way.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. My girlfriend and I had lunch here yesterday, I ordered the steak sandwich and she ordered the chicken sandwich. Upon arriving, there is no indication of the service provided; we stood at the entrance beside the menu stand for a while, looking like idiots waiting to be seated, before we gave up and took a table ourselves. If you want to pay top dollar for snapper that tastes like rubber and frozen packet calamari, then this is the place for you ! After waiting half an hour we were served a small amount of garlic bread, which we thought was complimentary for the wait. Ten minutes later she came back and said " That wasn't for you ! You didn't order that ! ". Ten minutes later and the food came and it was so bad it was insulting. I left feeling ripped off and still hungry.
