We had Chris out so service our door, but a few days later it would not close (probably a minor adjustment of torsion springs or motor limit settings), but over a month later and we have not been able get Chris to come past to fix the door. In my last communication with Chris he said he had been given exemption to travel overseas for medical treatment and would not be back for 5 weeks, yet I know that he has still been taking bookings and doing work during this time. This was obviously just another delaying tactic.

I ended up having to pay someone else to come out and spend all of 10 minutes fixing Chris's work.

It is clear that he does not value his existing customers or seek to build a loyal client base.

Please look elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable business.

We were totally satisfied with the Gliderol manual and electric roller doors installed by Chris however after a little over 2 years from install we has a problem with the smaller manual door which was out of warranty. On contacting Chris he quoted us a fee to repair which we initially refused to pay however re contacted him and not only agreed to pay the amount requested, we offered cash not that he deserved it as the problem was that the 3 fixings on one side of the door were into mortar NOT brick like the others. We are over 31 years in home improvements ourselves and understand a lot about building and the building code however can never again refer them to family, friends or my customers who occassionaly require such things. We do carports and many Verandah amongst other products. I could not be happier with how Chris handled our garage door replacement. I had urgent deadlines and within 1 week the job was quoted, ordered and installed. Not only helped me out within a short timeline but was honest and reliable and excellent support by Jan in the office with good communication - great team thank you both. The quality of the finished product is excellent. Can't recommend this company more highly.

Chris installed a new garage door for me. He was honest and reliable and couldn't do enough to help - fitting my job in before Christmas even though he was busy! I would recommend him any time.

Chris - I thank him for all my troubles that requires to repair the old garage roller and system and he respond to all my text message and came to see whats the problems are and he is easy to deal with and fully understand to all requirements. I have decide to pull down the old one out and replace a new modern upgrade roller to suit... He has done AMAZING job that I've seen. I would DEFFO require him to others to repair one of the garage thing.... Thank you Chris for all the job...... Last sentence I'd say he's truly professionally.
