Was there on Friday night for my flu and cough. The young doctor told me the virus wil take a week to recover and if still not recovered after 2 weeks, I must go back to see her due to my recent breast cancer history as it may infect the lungs.
I told her I am due for jury service on the following Monday and I have called the Justice centre and has been advised to fill up the defer form and get a witness to sign as well. The lady was sympathetic as she guide me through over the phone the process. On the form it is stated the witness can be any reputable professionals eg. teacher, engineer,.etc..
