Purchased a Specialized Venge- Along with a bike fit. Service was excellent along with attention to detail. I did have a problem with Seat Post slipping during rides and they have bent over backwards in trying to rectify the issue. They even opened up the shop on a Sunday just to see me and assist in fixing the issue....now not many shops would do that for customers...
Cannot recommend them enough..My new LBS even though there are many more closer to home.
Again your trying to make it my fault that you sold me and my partner a faulty bike! For the record I was happy for the bike to be replaced, I did not demand a refund at first, but after you promised twice that the bike would be ready and it still wasn't, of course i was not happy and thus wanted to take my business else where, who could blame me!! It would be more productive to focus on your customer service!! An unhappy customer will tell more people about their experience than a happy customer will.
Worst customer service i have had in a very very long time!! Was sold a damaged bike and when i returned it they made me feel like i was an inconvenience to them. I was promised it would be replaced that day, it wasn't, then they promised it would be ready in 2 days, again it wasn't done, i was told it was because they were short staffed, the management told me i was being unrealistic when i said it wasn't good enough.......to which i asked for my money back. I would never go back and will keep telling others not to waste their time going there!
To begin with Ms Oudyk did not purchase the bike, her partner did as a present for her day. Ms Oudyk did return the bike the next day pointing out two defects on the bike, 1: a small paint chip measured exactly 2mm x 3mm on the head tube just under the top headset cup that you had to bend over and look up from underneath the head tube to see it. 2: The head stem had a small defect in the alloy finish of the forging. We offered to touch up the paint and replace the headstem. Ms Oudyk did not accept that and demanded a refund when we have the right to repair or replace first. During our interaction with Ms Oudyk it was apparent that she did not like, want or appreciate the bike. All the time was pushing for a refund first. Consumers have rights as we retailers have our rights.
