Cypress Avenue Apartments

Stayed for 2 nights in November 2007 Good sized, clean accommodation with separate bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Excellent value. Good location, close to the centre of Surfers Paradise. Hair dryers can be borrowed from reception. Reception hours are limited, but arrangements can be made to collect keys after hours. Guests will need to provide own consumables: toilet paper (beyond the first roll), soap (beyond the first complimentary bar) food, and drinks. Guests are required to take out garbage to the bin in the street at the end of their stay,

The resident manager was excellent in maintaining the peace, taking action to close down a noisy gathering that was taking place in one of the rooms.

Some foxtel channels available on TV. Ceiling fans but no air conditioning.
