Booked my car in with them once, was the first and only car to arrive before they opened up, sat in my car waiting for them to finish opening the workshop, expecting them to come and ask for the keys but they did'nt. They just ignored me. When I asked them if They were going to service my car, they said leave it here and well get to it some time today. As I explained that having booked the car in for first thing in the morning, I thought they would get onto it and I could wait. They arogantly told me I could take my car elsewhere if that's what I expected of them. So I did.
I found this business by word-of-mouth a long while ago. They have been looking into my family car-ownership history: : VW Polo, Ford Festiva, Mitsubushi Lancer and Mazda 121 so far. I can only say the service is very professional, prices are reasonable, If a job a beyond their scope, they have given me the best advise.I'm very happy. Excellent trouble-shooting skills. Dean and Sharon are an asset to the BlueMountains community. +AAA . Alex.
D&D's service is great, second to none. I used to live around Lawson for many years, but have since moved away. I completely trust Dean and Sharon and their advice, so I always figure out a way to bring my cars back to them, despite my current location, and with Stephen and Jake, the trust continues. After many years, there isnt a business I trust more do it right by the customer, and I wouldnt hestitate to recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the problem was.
Did not appreciate the service at D & D. Took my Barina in to have the indicator light fixed. They charged me $175. 24 hours later, indicators stop working again. D & D's response- 'But they've worked okay up until now?' 'Yes, they've worked for a day'!!!!!!!! Took the car back. D & D believed it was a problem with the wiring and i would need to visit an auto electrician. Just spoke to auto electrician- said D & D had replaced everything but the necessary part. Car now fixed for $90. Thanks for nothing D & D.
Hi Barina 95, it would be normal to approach the manager at D & D and voice your concerns, I'm sure that he would have addressed this issue & refunded your money.
