He exterminated my house and we saw quite a number of cockroaches die within a few days. However after that we saw A LOT of smaller cockroaches still around, some of them appearing in my mums bed. We asked him to return and inspect in which he dismissed my mum several times saying he was busy and refused to look at the photos and videos he had taken of cockroaches alive and on her bed (sheets are changed fortnightly so it’s not a case of cleanliness). He refused to look at the areas that we said had lots of cockroach droppings and dismissed them saying they will die in a few days. We also mentioned we could hear cockroaches still in the air vent of the second floor (we have previously seen a cockroach drop out of the air vent so we know its cockroaches) but he insisted they are mice despite my house not having mice for 10 years and I also have 3 cats.
