Not sure if it's because of my younger age or if I'm not caucasian, but I worked with Mark and he was just awful. He was incapable of doing his job unless we contacted him for an update first, dragging on the whole application process for weeks on end and he's terrible at contacting you back as well. Every time we'd speak on the phone, he'd talk down to me like a child, then saying one thing to me and another thing to my housemates as if my housemates and I wouldn't communicate with each other. Super unreliable and lazy realtor. Furthermore, I went in to visit him the other day just to help get something signed with my housemate and he didn't even acknowledge my presence, cutting me off while I was introducing myself to only acknowledge my housemate and just point blank ignored me the whole time we were there. Poor communication, poor organisation and poor follow up. Would not recommend them to look after your property.

I am a past tenant of 2 years with DP Philpott. They were rude and unhelpful throughout the whole process. We asked for an opportunity for them to inspect the house before we left so we could rectify anything that was outstanding. They agreed to this but as soon as we left, they picked on any small mark or dent in the whole house and tried to blame us for marks that were clearly identified in the first inspection we did with them before we had moved into the house. WIll never go with these guys again!!

I am a past tenant of this company and am glad to be rid of them. the rudeness of one of its staff members, along with the complete lack of response to any requests for maintenance would have resulted in a call to the HIA to get an order on the house if i had not been offered a friend's house to rent to save me from this unprofessional company. Glad to be rid of these guys.

By far this has been the most enjoyable. What I felt or experienced with you, Ben and all those I dealt with at the counter at your office was a sense of respect for not only me as the person but also my life and its circumstances: and that I was as valuable as the next person. This is more rare than you think. So from me congratulations on how you run your business and thank you for all the dealings we have had.

I wish you and all involved much continued success, in other words keep up the good work, it is appreciated and recognized by us on the other side. The new owners introduced themselves the other night and all went well, So thanks again JOHN
