Very poor customer experience. Insurance claim dragged on for more than 2 months with Sean from D.L. Brown Adjusting Pty Ltd Macleod seemingly doing nothing proactive or effectual to move claim forward in a timely manner; despite being repeatedly contacted. This resulted in having to live in a badly water damaged apartment for an inexcusable length of time; before the repair work could even be organised.
