Took a chance...chance paid off. I walked out of Dabloom with a bouquet of flowers that I was very happy with. Not only did I get the bouquet I wanted but got great advice on what vase to use and to top it off, I purchased an amazing terrarium that will be the centrepiece on my dinning table! I'm so glad that I looked past the poor reviews and took a chance...you might want to do the same?!!
Most friendly and helpful Florist ever. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable, as I needed a floral arrangement for a friend in Hospital – Dani suggested hospital appropriate flowers eg low pollen, probably not with a tall vase, short and full, safe for a hospital room, but easy to transport afterwards. My friend who received the flowers called me ,straight after prompt delivery ,and I quote “ the most Beautiful Flowers I have ever looked at”. Thank You Dani (owner of dabloom )

So you're affiliated with the dead plant customer!! What a coincednece this has the exact same date as the bad google review!! I'm sorry but we don't accept returns on dead plants purchased more that 6 weeks earlier, she killed her plant, she needs to live with that.. She didn't take advantage of our aftercare service when the plant started going down hill She then took a holiday for 2 week after it died and still tried to return the plant when she got back. Should we be responsible for replacing a dead plant purchased more than 6 weeks earlier? I dont think so - Bunnungs wouldn't do it so why should a small business?
We think it's great that you're supporting your friend though!! Friends are important, even when trolling on the internet!
