After paying an initial consultation of $400+ and an additional $80 for a replacement filter, we were told to wait for a week until the filter arrives. The filter was installed and we were asked to wait for two hours before we turn it on and it should be working again as normal. Unfortunately, it did not. When we called to report this problem, we were asked to wait until 15 days as they had no people to come over and fix it! This service is a joke and should not be availed by anyone who has a broken aircon. Very unprofessional and incompetent!

Terrible all round could not fix anything. Charges are way over the top. Do your self a favour and choose someone else

I got them around as we had a red light flashing on our Daikin Air Conditioning unit. I was told to sit down by the adminstration lady in charge as they said it would cost $3k to replace the unit but as we were on old technology or their advice was to get a new system at $7k. Advice get a second opinion as one of their rivals came around and serviced it for $350...plus also told us that we had two more years out if it minimum....Was pleased that I didn't have to spend $3000 to $7000 but also not happy that i could have done if I hadn't got a second opinion.
