Dad's Kitchen Take Away & Restaurant

We will never be back. We ordered pre dinner drinks as we got there, waited ages, then requested them again. They finally came at around the time one of our meals turned up. We came out to have dinner together but the meals were not even remotely served at the same time. The meals were so awful we left most of them. No one asked us if the food was ok. No one cared that we left our pretty much uneaten meals.

The fish is disgraceful. Not fresh at all and I know fresh fish...
Really disappointing.

I was really enjoying my experience until the fish came out. It was a $30 fish, so we expected to get what we paid for, when it came out there was barley any meat on it and it smelt fishy, which meant it wasn't as fresh as it it was advertised to be. We spoke up and said something to the wait staff, who was extremely helpful, then the management came out. We were told we already ate half of it and we explained to them time and time again that this was the way it came out. They would not accept the fact that the fish had come out like that, nor that my friend had even been to the restaurant before.No replacement was offered, and made us pay $10 for the few bits of carrot and cucumber we had eaten off the side. We just paid and left and will NEVER go back there again.
