My DAIKIN air con which I spent $ 20 000 throughout the whole house incidently has one air con split system that shuts itself off completely on a 40 degrees or higher day. The Welshpool Daikin branch came out on 12 Jan 2017 and charged me $652.00 which I paid promptly. Low and behold a few weeks later on the very next 40 degree day it shuts off again !!! So why did I pay them $652.00 for ??? They are now saying it needs a further $ 1250.00 spent on it to solve the issue. So thats $1950.00 to repair it when you could buy a brand new air con for not much more. I have requested my $652.00 be refunded which they have refused. Buyer Beware !!! These guys charge $652.00 to fix an issue and it clearly wasnt fixed. Absolutely disgusted with this mob.

My Daikin heater is the worst heater I have ever owned. Endless problems and no one at Daikin cares. We've been without heating for three weeks and the next time Daikin can be bothered to look at it is next Monday - so four weeks without heating.
