Daisy Drycleaning

I've been a client of Daisy Doncaster for some years. It's true: anything I've thrown at them as being dry-clean only has been safely dealt with them and their water process. Despite what I've thrown at them I've had no disasters over at least 6 years. Nothing lost, ruined, shrunk or later than promised. All clothes well cleaned, and not reeking of dry-cleaning fluid. I've a good rapport with the staff at Doncaster, and no complaints. Can recommend. Despite being 1/2 an hour away from Doncaster Shoppingtown now, there are 2 reasons I return.. Wood Frog bakery - and Daisy "Drycleaning".

A $450 sass and bide top was destroyed, and shrunk, margin unwashed, and stain expanded and colour faded! The most annoying part was the front guy 's attitude, he kept saying because my top was too old,(like 5 times) I told him stop making excuses, if you don't know how to wash it , leave it to me and I willl find another dry cleaner. And he opened his eyes big and leaned his body towards me, yelled out loud: I am not making excuses! I am not making excuses! I didn't make excuses! It was so aggressive that I was scared. I grab my top and left that shop. A violent man with the worst experience I have ever had. I would rate nagetive for it.

Terrible experience took in a perfectly fine wedding gown with silk ribbon at back. The silk was so badly damaged after cleaning with burn marks and loss of sheen. It will need replacing. I have photos to prove prior to cleaning it had no damage or marks at all. The owner tried to say it was makeup or food and The stains were there already. Had to pay $390 to get my damaged dress back and more money to have fixed. Just disgusting zero stars I say. Wedding dress destroyed!

Ridiculous service especially the guy at the front counter, so rude and doesn't care attitude. I gave him my daughter's blazer to dry clean and tell him it's easy to shrink. Please carefull. The day I got it back, it shrunk. And you know what he said. It's a dam old blazer. What do you expect. The blazer only wear for 3 month. I just take it. Never go back and I will tell everybody and my friend group to there. Pooor service.

Atrocious customer service - rude and ungrateful. Was prepared to give him some of my laundry to wash but the man at front desk had so much attitude I didn't even bother. Don't was your time here.
