I went in for some embroidery on a couple of items and was quoted a certain amount. When I went back to pay for it that amount was increased because of the apparent difficulty in what I had chosen and a few other random excuses they could think up. This was news to me (considering I had been reminded of the quoted amount about 3 times and never once had it increased) and the staff took my money and send me packing without listening to my concerns. Overall I found Daley's to be very unfriendly to customers and unprofessional with their quotes and servicing. They are also severely lacking in any kind of appropriate communication/customer dispute resolution.I believe the staff there could use a course in customer relations. I wouldn't go back. EVER.
