I am a dalkeith local for many years, when the current owner took over the supermarket he really changed it for the better. Now it is well stocked, I find the produce superior to nedlands produce overall, the staff are well trained always helpful and amongst the friendliest in the Claremont dalkeith nedlands area. keep up the good work! Found the below reviews very surprising, not sure if they are competitors.
Extremely rude satff at checkout. Does not bother to great customers. Purchased some fruit and the staff refused to give me a plastic bag at checkout. Instead I got treated with disrespect - not something I went in for!!
The staff refused to give me a plastic bag with a carry handle...the grey ones you usually get at checkout. First the staff questioned why I needed a bag for the bananas and when I politely asked for a bag again the staff replied angry "You want a bag I get you a bag".
