Resident owners, Mac and Val invite you to stay at the Dalrymple Tourist Van Park. Your hosts offer good old fashioned country hospitality and have all the features you expect - spotlessly clean amenities, ensuited self contained air-conditioned cabins (Superiors now with Austar), grass and slab powered and camp sites (some ensuite, some drive through), saltwater pool, jumping pillow, fully equipped camp kitchen, barbecues, dump point, kiosk, wireless internet, internet kiosk and gas refills and swaps. They are the closest park to town and have plenty of room for large rigs. Your well behaved pet is also welcome. Let Mac, Val and their staff organise social events throughout the winter, including Devonshire teas, barbecues and evening campfires. Golf Course is next door and equipment and carts are available for hire. Everything but everything was spot on for this park. Facilities and customer service was equal to anything that we had received for that price on our trip to North Qld. There was guidance in parking the van in a drive through site; Devonshire morning tea supplied one day a week to encourage people to meet and provide "must do" things (given by tourist information centre person at this morning tea); friendly service.
