I bought a bottle of Penfolds Bin 128 Shiraz on 10 September 2016 from the Albany Creek store and the box where I took the bottle from was marked $35.00.When I got home,I realised that I was charged $46.60.This bottle is advertised for $32.95 on the website.When I went back on the morning of 11 September,I was only reimbursed $13.99.I suggested to the Manager that he could at least give me a bottle for free,seeing I had to drive there all the way to rectify what he said was a "mistake".He was not prepared to do that and had a bit of an attitude about him.I am not convinced that this was a "mistake"as when they put another similar bottle through,it came up at $46.60.How may other cutomers were overcharged?This was totally different from my previous experiences with this store and I will not be back.Dan Murphy has lost a good and loyal customer.JJ
I quickly ducked in to find my husband a last minute Anniversary gift, I approached a young staff member by the name of Hayley who was packing shelves but she stopped everything quickly pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for, I then approached her again needing more help so she walked me to what I was looking for and helped me get everything I needed and then took me to a closed register and served me straight away. Such a friendly and helpful girl which made my experience at the store exceptional!
I'll never forget the first time I walked into this store. I just stood there in awe at the rows and rows of beverages on offer. To put it simply Dan Murphys has everything!! If you're looking for something specific, the staff are quite knowledgeable and offer you a few options to choose from. Have always had very friendly service and prices are great! Recommend!!!
