Bad experience with a click and collect- staff incredibly unhelpful and rude. 2 trips required to collect the order. Can't phone. Have to use their clunky bot to resolve a pickup problem.

This store is a joke! I take a box of water to the counter to pay for it and I am asked for ID. I stood there in disbelief as the employee told me that he knew it was ridiculous but that anyone in the store that looked under 45, yes 45 needed to be asked for ID. Honestly sort out your customer service snd don't waste your customers time!

This is a complex store with people who cannot even socialize with a customer and sell products.Staff members are really bad either too mature or too senior.



They stare at the customers like some strangers even if they buy 80 dollar product or 3000 dollar product.



Unsatisfied and rude store management who cannot treat the staff as well as customer.



Find a different store for buying in this area.

Customers need to please staff and they humiliate you.. Beware of that wine tasting staff. To much attitude problem.
