I am a regular customer and I come in alot to buy products for my business.The past few weeks I have noticed workers engaged in conversations on the floor not wrokig at all and only one person on registers.Why do you not have two registers opened on aeverday instead of 100 workers on the floor doing nothing.i have come across very rude service on the floor .Service on the registers is great all the time.I do not like the new lay out its a joke.I am sorry to say I might find another store to shop with better service and more workers been helpful with there time.

BIG shop. Really good range with very competitive pricing. As previous reviewer suggested, location is really convenient. It is about 100m from an entry to the car park which makes it easy to transport big or heavy purchases to the car. Staff dont seem to be particularly knowledgeable of the range but help as they can.

This store is 2 shops up from Woolies in the Westfield and near the carpark so if you need something quick, you can pop in and not have to walk through all the shops. They do have the cheapest liquor around and if you can't find it here, you won't find it anywhere else. Being such a large store, you don't get the personalised service of a small family owned store but you really can't beat the prices. So handy here in Hornsby.
