The staff are very rude at this Dan Murphys. We bought multiple cases of beer for a party, confirming we could return the cases if they were unused. But when we came to return a case of beer, the manager was extremely rude and refused to give us a refund on the un-opened and untouched case of beer.
Furthermore the manager accused us to tampering with the bottle of Rose we were also returning. The Rose was bought just 2 days earlier for the party, and there was an unopened bottle that we wanted to return. The manager claimed that the colour of the rose was not correct. I'm not sure how the colour can change in 2 Days.
Disgusting customer service!
Will not be returning.
