Used to love Dan Murphys and should say not had this issue at any other store, but at this one, more than once, I am given information that is false and I believe it is because staff cannot be bothered. Seems fair that rather than being generic, I give 2 specific examples:
A few weeks ago, I called to double check they had plenty of something in stock before I came in (I didn't have access to the internet to be able to check and even pre-order). Was told there were cases. Drove there which is out of my way, got there and there were 2 bottles - not worth the trip.
When you pre-order for collection, Dan Murphys have this neat text message that lets you know when you order has been picked, put aside and ready for collection.
