Pre-purchase building and pest inspections are essential prior to purchasing a new home. We have same day reporting service and upon appointment we will make all the calls to organise the inspection with you, the agent, tradesmen and tenants (this process can be quite a task to organise for the inexperienced).
We also treat commercial situations such as restaurants, pubs, clubs, taverns, child care centres, schools, aged care facilities and factories for all types of pests.

Brian from Dan Purkis Pest Control did a termite inspection and spray on our property . He was on time , very courteous and most importantly did a great job in detecting some potential problems and moisture in the walls that would attract termites . He gave us some advice on putting some vents in the walls to dry it out . A small investment to prevent something that could cost thousands. Would definitely recommend
