Awful Experience! Never ever again! messed up more than fixes!
He was given an extremely simple job to complete at my place. He basically had to patch up a small chip and repaint the wall. He not only failed to patch up the wall properly, but to ad insults to injury, he used the wrong paint. The patch looked unfinished, dodgy and messy. He was quick to charge at an expensive price and left in a hurry. The color he chose was such a bad mismatch that it would stand out like a sore thumb. Guests and family member are in shock of the shoddy work.
I am honestly surprised this guy is still in this business.

I am not one to normally submit such a scathing review but Dan is the worst contractor I have ever used. Charged me $1000 to fix some sinking boards on the deck which took him maybe 3 hours if I am generous. Butchered the job, promised to fix after they sank again within weeks and over 2 months later now won't return my texts. Absolute shocker. Buyer be aware .. be very aware!! This guy won't be in business for very long looking at the other reviews
Absolutely the worst expereince I have ever had with a contractor. Charged me $300 cash, to straighten a pole in my wardrobe! Said if it wasn't OK he would return and replace as had already bought the materials (hence the $300 for a 5 minute job) - when it wasn't working he tried to charge me another $200 to put two screws in the wall. I will never have this awful man step foot in my home again. Had another handyman come who is going to cut / install for $50! He was horrified to hear what this person charged me to do basically nothing and wanted another $200 to come and do the job he had already quoted and been paid $300 to do. I have never felt more ripped off or abused in my life.
Appalling. Terrible communication, excuses of illness to excuse multiple late responses or deliveries, way over priced and EXTREMELY shoddy work. Unfinished, messy results, black fingerprints everywhere, demanded money upfront and then before finishing. No wonder. Awful, awful experience.
