Disappointing customer service. Was asked to come around by Dale for a conversation to buy a Santa Fe as I am a serious car buyer, but he wouldnt negotiate on the phone. Was a fair drive. Dale was busy so another sales person took my name and said he’d inform dale of my arrival. 20 minutes later I asked another sales person to let dale know I was waiting and after a further 5 minutes I left. No apologies or phone call for over an hour wasted - only a ‘when can you come back in’ text. Poor form.

The sales and service staff have been friendly and fuss free at Dandenong Hyundai - no obnoxious sales pitches or condescending service people who tell you about false faults found in your car that end up costing you unnecessarily.
