Dandenong Ranges Taxi Services

Absolutly shocking service. I have been verbally abused on many occasions by different drivers. I have been told 2 hour wait when in that time I have seen them driving past. I was once told that they had my call and decided not to pick me up because it was only a local trip, they are always late even when making a booking for the next day. I have been told they will not pick me up if i use 13cabs because the 'fee is not worth it'. They are arrogant and not worth the hassle. Unfortunately being someone that relies on them with the shocking transport my area has to offer, I have no other choice.

Never written a review in my life but this warrants it. They are rude,condescending and patronising. And that's before you set foot in their taxi. My in laws used them a few times and I would call for them to book and every time I thought how rude they are. Then we used them and I got snapped at for offering directions, he knew where to go it was his job apparently. (even though we ended up in a different suburb and still tried charging us for his mistake) I am very polite as I always felt sorry for taxi drivers guessing they must have to put up with a lot of rubbish. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid like the plague. I would rather walk back from the city than use ever again.

I don't mind the wait until you get a driver that tells you 1/2 an hour or you can walk! His passengers found it funny, I found it degrading.

I've been using them for over 10yrs & they've always been really helpful. Being a small fleet that covers a wide area where most other taxi companies won't come, it's always best to book in advance to guarantee them being on time otherwise you go in the queue with everyone else wanting ASAP bookings.

Nothing much to say, just called their service should arrive in 30 mins.
