My family went there for few time because they are close to where we live and not even once we were satisfied.

There are lots of waiting time even if you book appointment.

Doctors are worse and irresponsible.
I mean people go to doctor because either they are in pain or they want to be revealed of their concern. In our experiences doctors seem that they have no idea what they do and you don't get any kind of peace of mind after you visit them

Waited for long to consult at reception even... N waited for 1 hour after appointment then what is the difference between walk in and appointment? Really too bad for sick people...They must improve this... bad service overall..

Waited for over 2 hour to make an appointment. Doctor was too busy to really deal with me. My appointment was with for accupuncture but he said that i would have to come back because today was too busy. i dont get it there were 4 people in front of me that spent about 40 minutes with him. Definately sounds like something very wrong with that clinic. very dissapointed and will never go back!

Like others said, the waiting time is way too long even when you booked appointment in advance. It's also worth to point out some of the doctors were not qualified as they just have this manual in front of them then they search for solution after you tell what the sickness are. Never go there again beside just getting doctor certificate.
