Dandenong Taxi Bookings

Two days ago I had a wedding to attend and I rang up at about 12:30pm to book a maxi taxi for 3pm that day. When I spoke to the lady on the phone all was fine and details were exchanged. It got to 3pm and no taxi had arrived. At 3:05pm I called up again to question where the taxi was and at this stage the lady on the phone let me know she would 'bump us up' to the top of the list and send a taxi to us when there was one in there area, and also said she didn't know when that would be. At 3:10 I had my brother in law call up again (by now quite annoyed) and asked where our taxi was. At this point the lady on the end of the phone informed us that there was still not a taxi on the way or around our area and then went on to tell us that there is no guarantee of a maxi taxi coming when you pre book (which to me defeats the entire purpose of pre booking). Not happy at all. First time around the driver had anger issues. Second time I waited for an hour and never saw a taxi although they assure that it did come. The reps get frustrated when you call them 7 minutes after the booking to check up, and when you lodge a complaint they ask you why you didn't ring them.

I had areally good service with this cab company. They have never let me down and have locked me in with their professional service.
