Dandenong West Medical Centre

Been going to this centre for some time now. Doctors are good. They have the worst appointment system. Everytime I have to wait at least an hour plus. sometimes up to 1.5 to 2 hrs. Not sure how their appointment system work. My wife is waiting for more than 1.5hrs today.

I made an appointment to see a Dr at 10:10am. It's now 12:30pm & I'm still waiting. This has got to be the longest time I've ever waited to see a Dr.
What they are doing is making triple bookings on every timeslot. Not reccomended this practice.
