Arrived at this place to see confused customers standing outside in 44 degree heat at 3PM, with the door shut and the store clerk doing nothing inside. They wouldn't answer knocks on the door nor the business phone.
Yawn, there are far better businesses that do the same as this place for better prices within 10km of this location.
Purchased 2x m10 170mm long bolts, charged me $28.44(ridiculous). with a know it all attitude which turned out to be wrong. unhelpful and nothing good about this company.
After 37yrs experience in the industry.We can't be all that bad with a lot of very happy satisfied regular customers . Unfortunately you are not one of them and just maybe you may have not been specific enough with your request and or knew what you really were requiring.My staff are very competent and helpful.And i am very proud of our long standing business and customer base.Have a nice day mate!
