I went to visit Daniela at Daniela’s Hair Boutique. I asked for a complete hair transformation as I have been unsuccessful with other hairdressers getting my hair right. She spent an entire 1/2 hour of her time discussing my options and carefully worded her techniques so that I could understand my options.
In the end I must say I have never experienced such professionalism in a hair salon as Daniela provided for me. She is amazing and spent a lot of time to listen to me and give me the colour and cut I have always asked for. Also I did not have to wait for my scheduled appointment and I received personalised ‘ one on one’ attention.
I will be back and will recommend my family and friends to Daniela’s Hair Boutique.
Customer service non existant, she cancels my appointment for a specialised treatment 4 days out and says she will call back in 3 months to reschedule when she is back from maternity leave!!!! Who does that!!
She is blatenty rude and ohhh outright refuses to give any form of a refund even though she cannot provide the service i paid up front for.
I would rather cut my own hair blindfolded that trust them with my time.
