Danielle Acosta ClarkDancing For Birth (TM) prenatal and postnatal classes teach a 'language of movement' specially designed for pregnant women and mothers wearing their babies in soft slings or front packs. The moves incorporated in Dancing For Birth (TM) classes are inspired by traditional feminine world dances such as Bellydance, Latin and African dances. Weekly classes (or private tuition) combine dance moves along with valuable childbirth preparation skills.
Women often come to class simply for exercise, fun and fitness, and find that they gain more than they expected to. 'This class was fun and informative.
