Very bad experience with Danoz Directions at Southport Australia Fair. I purchased a Vibrolim Ultra Vibration Machine on the 11th August and it has done nothing but cause me health issues. Sore and aching all over each time I use it. I called them three times and was told that I am the only one saying this and they cannot refund me on this product. I then asked to speak with the Manager/Owner and was told they are not available. I then asked when they would be availabe and was then told that they did not know as the owner is very busy. I was advised to write to them. I emailed them three times but have had no response. They also are a bit misleading as they are not Danoz Direct like you see on television. They sell some of Danoz's products but that is it. You will not be able to find a website for these guys and they only have a phone number which will take you straight to one of the retail workers working in the store and they will not help you if you ask ...read more
Went in a week ago bought a Nutrition Ninja IQ for our Wedding Anniversary, asked the Woman Shop Assistant if she could match the offer for Danoz Direct Nutri bullet. She then admitted they are not Danoz Direct, they are a separate business Danoz Directions ( confusing) she told me the offer of a 2nd one for free is a lie, they won't tell you the price and you will pay for the 2. Which is a lie I discovered, you pay for the postage twice and receive a free gift also. Anyhow I've ended up with the 2nd free one which my MIL gave us before I opened the one which I purchased here. its brand new never opened and she was point blank about their policy being no refund. Buyer beware!
**WARNING** Will not refund on any purchases even if the product doesn't do what it was sold to do. Better to buy directly from Danoz themselves as they offer a refund.
Seems you are correct. We have been trying to obtain a refund for faulty goods, we have even approached Department of Fair Trading, but still Danoz store will not give a refund. They offer a swap for goods to the value of, then when you go into the store, they change their mind. Very frustrating.
