Made an appointment, telling them I had a sore throat and cough. When I arrived was told sorry you can't come in.Need to better inform your receptionist as she asked me these questions and made the appoinment after asking had i been in a hot spot. Also told her it was related to my asthma.
What is the use of having doctors if you can't see them when you are sick?

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Reception staff can be cold and not helpful. Waited over 4 hours to get blood test results which I was informed would be there, only to finally get into the doctor and be told they were not. I understand not being able to give results over the phone, but not even being able to say whether the results are available or not is absurd and a waste of time.

The doctors have been good for the most part and parking is handy.

A big medical centre. Depending on the time you go, you either get in straight away or sit there for a couple of hours. Doctors have been good there.
