Called and was told it would only cost $25 for a seat belt for a specific model car. Drove half an hour to get there only to be told that I had to search for the vehicle myself - among a huge junk yard - and then undo the seat belt myself. Too bad if you didn't happen to have the right kind of spanner in your back pocket because they won't provide that for you either.very poor service. Be wary and make sure you get all the info you need before even bothering to go there.
I should add that when I later rang to complain that I was not given the information I needed in the first place, I was told that if they had the right part, they could extract it for me and it would cost an additional $40, that is $55, to supply and send the part - not a bad price - but why not explain that in the first place? No apology was offered. Another thing to be wary of with this dealer is that when you arrive, you are expected to pay $2 to go into the car yard (with your own tools of course). What they don't tell you then is that if you have an accident, they will not accept liability as you have "chosen" to pay to enter their car yard and so you are responsible for any injuries you or your family or friends might suffer!
