Very rude. Refused to help me move a couch in order to get a table out the door. Shouted across the road that they were only there to pick up a table, not their job to move furniture. (Yet they are Removalists). They took off and left myself and the business I was dealing with to find another solution.
Firstly, They came to my back door, Never introduced themselves and barged past me demanding entry to my house. When I directed them to the front door, that was to hard for them, they cracked it and refused to complete the job.
I see from other reviews that I am not the only one they had experienced your rudeness and unprofessional approach. All other parties I have dealt with regarding this matter have been very obliging. You created problems for many people with your actions yesterday. ...read more
Was told by the person sending my table that Dardanup Removals would be delivering on Wednesday afternoon. At 4pm called to see where they were. They informed me they were in Bridgetown & would call me. She then called me back to say they were held up & would deliver on Thursday. No apology. When I asked if they were going to call & let me know this (i.e. if I had not called) she was rude, argumentative & defensive. She then put the phone down when I said I was not arguing with her!!
Go to customer service school & get some proper training!!
