Terrible "service". I called twice to get a quote for a trip. Both times they assured me that they would get back to me with a quote (the second time I called, it was obvious they had not bothered to take proper notes and I had to repeat my details and requirements again). 3 weeks later I have still had no quote or phone call. In the meantime I have booked my trip elsewhere.
I am very concerned that you have not had the consultation you expected. As manager of Darebin Travel I would like to hear from you to discuss in further detail. It seems there has been a lack of communication in your case, and all staff are interested in finding out how we have failed you in this isolated incident.
This is a friendly enough small business, however their attention to detail is lacking and I find myself having to chase them and double check every single little detail. Unfortunately be nice is not enough, I look for people who are very good at doing their job. When I am paying someone else to do a job I could do, but simply do not have the time, I do not want to have to be chasing them up and constantly looking over their shoulder.

Perhapes our communication with you was lacking ? perhaps our instant itinerary online was missing something or was unclear. it would be good to hear from you so we can isolate the problem and improve our consultation to you.
