Ignoring customers for months on end - after reaching the point of a draft contract!?!

We initiated contact with Darren Sander Building & Design in early August- got a quote estimation shortly after - and towards early September we had a draft contract.
We met in person to iron out some details and extend the draft contract and proceed with finalising paperwork (for bank etc).
Everything seemed fine, good interaction seemed like a fair process...

... and then SILENCE - literally ignoring our calls; texts; FB messages; WhatsApp messages; Instagram comments (got deleted) for weeks and weeks on end stretching into months.

Wasted 3.5 months due to a complete lack of courtesy or politeness to in the least inform us what happened/is going on!
And we still don't know what happened / why this extremely rude and unprofessional behavior...

In short - DETESTABLE !!!
